Duvello AI ("the app") helps you track bills, budgets, birthdays, travel, and tasks, and sends you reminders for them. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Account information: When you sign in, we create an account automatically, or — if you choose — link it to your Google account (name, email, profile photo).
Bill data you enter or scan: Bill names, amounts, due dates, categories, and photos of bills you choose to scan or upload.
Budget data: Categories and amounts you set for budgeting, and your income sources.
Life event data: Birthdays, travel plans, and tasks you add, so we can remind you about them.
Device and usage data: Basic diagnostic information (such as crash reports) to help us fix bugs and keep the app stable.
We use your information to: sync your data across your devices, send you push notifications and email reminders for bills and upcoming birthdays/travel/tasks, provide customer support, and improve app stability.
Duvello AI shows ads through Google AdMob to support the free version of the app. AdMob and its partners may use an advertising identifier and other data to show and measure ads, in accordance with Google's own privacy and advertising policies. Users who purchase Duvello AI Premium do not see ads.
Duvello AI offers an optional Premium subscription through Google Play Billing. Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play and is never seen or stored by us.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication). We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app (such as Google Firebase for storage/authentication and Google AdMob for advertising), and only as required to provide the app's functionality.
You can edit or delete your bills, budgets, and other data at any time within the app. You can also delete your entire account and associated data — see our Delete Account page for instructions.
Duvello AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
